Logged in as the same user. It's my home machine - only one account (mine)
with Administrator rights.

I previously had a working TortoiseSVN installation, but I uninstalled,
rebooted, and afterwards installed a newer version. Since then, it hasn't
worked.

Any thoughts on where to look first? Certain registry keys or event logs?
