Feature Request: retry/repeat last commit

Hi, I'd like to suggest a new feature for TortoiseSVN:

Add a new button to the commit dialog (e.g. next to the "Recent
messages") which allows to repeat the previously attempted commit.
When clicking the button, the last entered log message should be put
into the log message field, and the previously selected files should
be selected again.

The reason for such a feature is the following situation, which
happens form time to time:

- I'd like to commit a change I have made, so I enter the
corresponding log message
- because I was working on several different changes I have to select
the files to commit (possibly only a few files from a quite long list
of modified files)
- I click OK to commit, but because I have not update my WC before, I
get a conflict
- I close the TSVN dialogs, fix the conflict(s), then call the commit
dialog again

--> now I can easily recover the previously entered log message, but I
again have to select the files for the commit.

It would be very nice if I were able to click a button to restore the
previously entered log message *and* the files that were selected when
I made the last attempt to commit.
I know that this can be achieved using changelists, but a simple
button would be more conveniently for this scenario.

Best regards and thanks a lot for the coolest interface to subversion!
