TortoiseSVN asks for username

My repository URL path is svn+ssh://username@11.11.11.11/repos.

Usually when I try to update or check out a project with this pattern,
Tortoise will only asks for my password. But now a different screen comes up
asking for "login as:"

When I punch in my username and password it does not connect. I want it back
to the old way, but don't know where to set it. Since I provide the username
in the URL path tortoise should only ask of my password.

I don't exactly know why this changed, but after I created a local
repository on my computer this started to happen.

Thanks in advance to anyone who could help
