White background color to in several tsvn windows hardcoded

Hi all,

if I change my Windows color scheme to "high contrast" (or so - in
German it's "Kontrast #1" or "Kontrast #2")
I cannot see important parts of text messages for instance in the
"Update" or "Commit" window.

I think the background color should be set to to White (hardcoded) in
all cases
where font color (hardcoded) is used to indicate special properties.
