Bug: Context menu "Export..." and Global ignore pattern

A big hello to all brave Tortoise developers!

The "Export..." menu of the context menu does not apply the "Global
ignore pattern" of the Settings (General). Is it a bug or a feature? It
would be nice if the global ignore pattern would be considered so that I
can export exactly all the files which I commit to the repository.
Version of Tortoise client: TortoiseSVN 1.5.3, Build 13783 - 32 Bit ,
