This was broken in TortoiseMerge 1.5.3. Older version 1.5.2 works fine
(I put it here: http://rapidshare.com/files/142530332/TortoiseMerge.exe)
TortoiseMerge detects some ASCII files as UTF and remove all accents
characters :(
