I can reproduce this with the script I provided in this thread
http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/servlets/ReadMsg?listName=users&msgNo=13143

In my instructions there, I said "do a show log on bar". That's now
fixed. If that is amended to "do a show log on the root of the w/c
(which is checked out from the root of the repo)" then the problem
described above occurs.
