Icon overlays not showing

Hi

Icons for SVN does not show up on my machine ( tried WIN xP
Professional Version 2002, Service Pack 2) and Windows 2003.

I use svn-win32-1.5.1 server.

I tried TortoiseSVN-1.5.3.13783-win32-svn-1.5.2.msi and
TortoiseSVN-1.5.2.

I tried rebooting. I installed TSVN as same user as I logged in. Also
I enabled all flags in Icon Overlays (like fixed drives ... ) no use.

Any ideas what could be the problem. I am trying TSVN for the first
time.
