feature request: display the cached username

Currently, I have to go to %APPDATA%\Subversion\auth to see which
usernames are currenly cached.
I'd like to see the username on the explorer properties Subversion
tab, right after the repository URL.

Reason: For some external repositories we share a common username
among several developers. In this case, I want to manually append my
name to the commit message.
(Ok, I should use a pre-commit hook instead ...)
