Feature request: "Copy URL to Clipboard" in main context menu

Hi all,

Newby post here, I tried to do my due diligence in searching the Google
group and it looks like no one has asked for this.

Background:
Internally my company uses svn for all SCM needs, setup with the apache
integration. In our repos we do of course have code but also all sorts
of documentation and spec's that are Word documents which are updated
frequently. To keep from having 100 copies of versions of the same old
document around and to keep from filling my Outlook database, I just
send people URL's to the head of the document in the repo. Everyone is
happy, it is a killer feature.

So, I find that I am constantly right clicking on a file in Explorer,
clicking TortoiseSVN > Repo Browser, going up to the URL box selecting
it and hitting CTRL+C to copy it to the clipboard. (btw the latest
version seems to have changed this so that the URL displayed is the
containing folder and not the file, why?)

I think it would be GREAT if I could optionally, as one of those
configurable extra context menu options, have a "Copy URL to clipboard"
that would simply copy the URL of the version controlled folder/file to
the clipboard as text. That is it. It would give me back an extra
minute a day and make others lives better too I would imagine.

Thanks for the great work on a killer product.
