Repository on network share is certainly bad. But I do use working
copy on network share, not because I want to share it with other users
but because I want to build on a Linux machine and use TSVN as my SVN
client. So I have my WC on the linux box and the build runs fast on
the local file system. I use SAMBA to share the drive and map it on my
PC so I can use TSVN (and only TSVN, no linux clients) for version
control. It works well with 1.4 but so far I have not upgraded to 1.5
because of the reports here.
