Default source for Branch/Tag

Since tortoise SVN 1.5, the default selection for the source of a
branch/tag has changed. I understand the arguments for making this
change. It is not the default that our organisation would prefer to
have, and has caused quite a problem when earlier revisions are tagged,
rather than the trunk.

With this in mind, would it be feasible to have a tortoise svn setting
(perhaps in General->Dialogs-x) that specifies what the default source
selection for a branch/tag would be?

Is this the correct place to raise this, or is there an alternative
place to raise feature requests?
