Wait... what? Assuming by "UAC", you mean User Account Control (which
is the only thing I know it can mean when discussing Windows), UAC is
only in Vista and Windows 2008. How can UAC be enabled on Windows 2000
Pro?

I think a big part of why you're having trouble getting help is you're
very fast and loose about explaining what the problem is and what
you've done.
