Bug: Zero initial Add dialog column width for Path column

Zero initial Add dialog column width for Path column, hiding column
header containing "Path".

Using version TortoiseSVN 1.5.2, Build 13595 - 32 Bit , 2008/07/31

after upgrade from version 1.4.xx,
after right click on a folder within a working copy not already in the
archive

Add dialog appears with Path column width of zero.
The first visible column is the Extension column.

Canceled the dialog.
Repeated right click.
After several rounds, I realized that I could drag the separator
before "Extension" in the column header to adjust the Path column
width to non zero.
Setting is now remembered, so no more problem.

Not sure if installing any new version will show this problem, since
setting has now been initialized.

My apology if already reported. I looked for this in the bug tracker
and archives.
