TortoiseSVN is a Windows program. That looks like some kind of website that integrates with Subversion...not TortoiseSVN. Do you use a web browser to view that screen? If you do its not a TortoiseSVN issue.

What I did:
I upgraded
to TortoiseSVN 1.5.2.13595 perhaps two weeks ago.
What I wanted to happen:

upgraded merely to stay up-to-date with the product.
What actually happened:
Shortly
after upgrading, I noticed that the email I received regarding SVN Commits from
my colleagues would have the Log Message text masked by a horizontal scroll bar
if the message-text was sufficiently lengthy.

not observed this in the (approximately) one-month¢s prior use of
Subversion. It only started happening after I upgraded to 1.5.2.
