Tortoise 1.5.2, Build 13595 Vista x86 Install issue

Apologies if this is a RTFM/FAQ

I'm not subscribed to the list, please mail me if any questions/berating
required.

On two separate Vista machines, installation of TSVN 1.5.2, Build 13595
resulted in a non-functional install.

The problem was that the C runtimes could not be located ("side-by-side"
errors, requiring use of sxstrace to sort)

Installing the VC 2008 redistributables fixes the problem, although a reboot
or manual restart is required to get the explorer extensions working.

I suppose the workaround is either include the redistributable installer or
point to it on the downloads page.

Before installing Build 13595, both Vista machines _already_ had VS2008 and
VS2005, as well as functional previous versions of TSVN.
