I'm running Subclipse 1.4.3, which requires Subversion 1.5.0 or later.
This is the latest version.

No proxies at all. The 32-bit desktop is on the same network with the
same configuration and works. The version of TSVN used previously on
the laptop, 1.4.5, that worked was also x64, so the configuration
files and locations didn't change. On both the desktop and laptop I am
running Norton for antivirus and firewall with the same configuration.

The Repo-browser works. Revision graph works. So, I have communication
with the server. I haven't tried a commit, but update fails.
Unfortunately, I don't have access to the server logs, since I use a
commercial service to provide SVN.

Thank you for your prompt response. I appreciate your help and would
love to be using TSVN again. I'm baffled by this one...why would a 200
be considered an error?
