Suggestion no not automatically check files for commit.

   Hi.

I would suggest not automatically checking all the available files
for commit or at least not doing it when you press F5 and cause
TortoiseSVN to refresh its file information.

Also, TortoiseSVN should definitely not commit files that have not
been displayed in the visible list of all the files to commit and
selected by the user. It does this now in case you select some files, do
not close the TortoiseSVN commit window, modify another file that is not
on the list, return to the TortoiseSVN commit window and commit. This is
definitively a bit _no-no_.

When you have a lot of modified files, select them all for commit and
then modify some other files before executing the original commit and
you decide that you do not want this to be part of the commit - you
currently need to:
   - _know_ which files you modified additionally
   - press F5 in the commit window
   - explicitly deselect all the later modified files.

It would be much better if those 'late modifications' listed by
pressing F5 would not be selected by default.

   Hope this helps.

   Best regards,
     Jurko Gospodnetić
