expected FS format '2'; found format '3'

Hi there,

I've been using TortoiseSVN for a while, but this is the first time I've
stumbled upon this issue.

I'm running Subversion 1.5.0 and TortoiseSVN 1.5.2. When I create a
repository with TortoiseSVN and later try to connect to it, I get the
"expected FS format '2'; found format '3'" error message.

The problem is I'm not sure when this started happening, since I don't need
to create a repository often. However, I uninstalled TortoiseSVN 1.5.2 and
rolled back to 1.4.5 and the error message was suddenly gone (I had tried
1.5.1 and 1.4.8 and kept receiving the message).

Is this a known issue with 1.5.2? I haven't found anything in the issue
tracker or the mailing list, so thought I'd post it here.
