Revision numbering

Hi all,

I am a quite new user of SVN and Tortoise (great tools !).

I have 2 questions regarding the revision graph joined to this e-mail :

            - why are there 2 revisions 38 ? I believed that the revision number is unique.

            - why is the revision 41 missing ?
