Error in Show Log feature of Working Copy dialog

When attempting to use the Show Log feature from the context menu
available from the Working Copy dialog (the dialog that shows when
choosing "Check for modifications") the log doesn't show and instead
the following error occurs.

'C:\Windows\system32' is not a working copy
Can't open file 'C:\Windows\system32\.svn\entries': The system cannot
find the
path specified.

My guess is that something is going wrong with relative paths and the
current directory but I've only seen this since TortoiseSVN 1.5+ and I
believe it existed in 1.5.1 and it's reproducing right now for me in
1.5.2. I've been able to reproduce this on more than on machine
however all cases have been on x64 machines running Windows Vista
Ultimate.

So far I've been really happy with the the 1.5 version of TortoiseSVN
but this bug is slowing down our workflow so we are hoping this can be
fixed by the next release.

Keep up the good work.
