tortoiseplink and commit

I don't need TortoisePlink when I commit to a local system, thats why I was
asking about why it was happenning.

One URL is
svn+ssh://svnuser@svn/fiarhall_pimarc/wwwRoot

24.153.19.145, 72.14.207.127, 192.168.10.13 three different tries to commit
the same folder and TortoisePlink wanted to connected to a different address
each time. I told the firewall no each time and the commit failed each
time.
