Hi,
I don't know how to configure it in TortoiseSVN but I do know how it can
be done via Windows XP.
- Go to System properties (Windows + Break).
- Select the Advanced tab.
- Hit the settings button in the Performance topic.
- In the Visual Effects tab, disable "Use a background image for each
folder type".
This apply of course to all background images within windows explorer.

dialog - commit, add etc.
Sometime it disturbing
But I not found option to disable this watermark. Can anyone help ?
