TortoiseSVN1.5.0 crashes Windows Explorer and PowerDesk

Had been using SVN1.4.8 successfully for a long time.
Updated to 1.5.0 (TortoiseSVN-1.5.0.13316-win32-svn-1.5.0.msi)
Right-clicking any folder causes Windows Explorer or PowerDesk Pro 7.0.1.1 to crash.
Un-installed 1.5.0 and re-installed 1.4.8, and the problem disappeared.

I applied the Registry tweak from http://tortoisesvn.net/powerdesk_crash

O/S is Windows Vista Home Premium, SP1

I had upgraded to 1.5.0 to resolve a problem with 1.4.8.
- had been using 1.4.8 successfully
- I use exactly ONE SVN repository: http://svn.MapWindow.org/svnroot/MapWindow4Dev/Bin
- I only receive updates - I do not manually modify the files in the local folder
- the local folder was c:\program files\MapWindow
- the SVN Update command suddenly started reporting that a folder was locked or
duplicated. It would NOT update the local folder
- creating a folder outside of c:\program files and locating the local version in that folder
worked successfully
- I suspect recent update to Windows Vista caused the problem to occur. Note: it is NOT the
SP1 update causing this problem because the system worked properly for some time after
applying SP1.
