bug: clicking on "file" column heading in changed files list does not sort by filename

If you are comparing two revisions, the "Changed Files" window pops up with a
list of files that changed between them, but that list is either unsorted or
sorted in some non-obvious way. If you click the "File" column heading, you
expect the list to be sorted by filename, but nothing changes. Note that the
column headings do appear to be clickable in this window.
