Encoding/Escaping URL in Tortoise SVN Properties Tab, "URL:" Field

Hello,

I manage a deployment of Tortoise SVN and a common complaint from my users
is that the "URL:" field under "Properites" in the "Subversion" tab cannot
easily be copied and pasted into programs that do not understand links with
unescaped whitespace (%20) in them (most notably, Microsoft Outlook.)

The text value of the "URL:" field is automatically selected to simplify the
copy-and-paste of this URL to other applications, however, I think the user
interface could benefit from adding escaping.
