corrupt date and time in log viewer

hi,
in the last three months or so, all dates in the log viewer entries are corrupt. this happens for commits made by all users of the repository, for different projects (=root folders) and their sub folders and files. instead of seeing the date, i see gibberish on the entry line. for example, the last readable date is March 27th. all later entries don't have a readable date. however, some earlier entries have only the time part corrupt, and the date part readable. yet other entries, in the beginning of the log, have all the date and time corrupt again, although they weren't when we committed them, i.e. they became corrupt recently, even though they were committed months ago.

it might be useful to know that our system locale is Hebrew/Israel, so the names of the days and months are in hebrew, where they can be read.

all clients run Windows XP Pro (32bit), and SVN runs on another server running Windows Server 2003 (64bit). some of the clients connect to the server through VPN (through another server that actually makes the connection), but one client is on the same network as the server. another client, also on the same network as the server is, doesn't experience the problem.

all clients run TSVN 1.4.8 or at most one version earlier. the server is 1.4.6.

the question, of course, is why is this happening and how do i fix it?

thanks,
Tsahi
