Committing and accidentally changing a non-selected file.

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is an issue or not. But I had used the commit dialog,
selected the files that I wanted commiting and clicked okay. While it was
thinking about committing I accidentally modified another file (One that
hadn't been changed or listed during the dialog selection). When it
actually started to commit to the server it added the additional file with
its change. Is this a bug? or is this how its supposed to work?
