In the TSVN Settings. on the Icon Overlays panel, you can do one or
both of two things:

1. Set Status Cache to Shell. This will restrict the icon updates to
whatever folder you are currently viewing in the file explorer.

2. Use Excluse and Include paths to restrict where TSVNCache scans.
