SVN+SSH setup problem

Hi,

I have followed these instructions for setting up ssh+svn on a windows
machine:

http://tortoisesvn.net/ssh_howto

I am stuck on the final step of the section "SSH key generation and
connection check (client)"

It says: "Next click "open" and you should see a telnet login prompt.
Use "myuser" as username (without double quotes of course) and if
everything is OK, you don't have to provide a password to your system.
If the system still requires a password, something went wrong."

For me, it still asks for the passphrase:

login as: <myuser here>
Authenticating with public key "imported-openssh-key"
Passphrase for key "imported-openssh-key":

If I enter the passphrase it then logs in, but it's not supposed to
ask for it. What is going wrong?

Thanks,
Jonah
