Tortoise SVN timeout issue, need help

Hi ,

I am using TortoiseSVN (version 1.4.8)for my web project. When I try
to checkout or update , it starts doing checkout/update, and after few
seconds it throws folllowing:

Error: REPORT request failed on '/svn/BDL/!svn/vcc/default'
Error: REPORT of '/svn/BDL/!svn/vcc/default': Could not read response
body: Secure connection truncated (https://secure.odesk.com)

I tried so many time even with different internet connection, but i
face same issue . Tried on google, but did not find any solution that
work.

Its just blocking me like anything , anyhelp will be really
appreciated.
