SVN Functionalities as commands

Hi All,

I wanna write a batch file...this batch file copies all the updated
files between the two revisions to a particular location. So I doubt
whether SVN functionalities can be implemented as commands. The
functionalities which I need are...

1. To get the last tag from the revision graph...

2. To get the last version from the revision graph...

3. Compare these two values and list the updated files...

Can somebody put forth their thoughts....Thanks in advance!

Cheers,
