Re: How does Tortoise Determine the Author?

We are on a local server using file:///svn/path/to/repos

There is no remote access to the server so I cant come in from home.
Im not sure if we can use the svn:// protocol within the network. is
it possible to have access both from file:/// and svn:// ?
