svn error troubles

I have been getting this error most of the day when I attempt to commit with
TortoiseSVN:

Import I:\xampplite\htdocs\feather-svn to
https://featherchat.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/featherchat
Server sent unexpected return value (405 Method Not Allowed) in response to
MKCOL request for
'/svnroot/featherchat/!svn/wrk/74edf778-54e8-6c4e-b293-ec417b7e8c19/trunk'

Oddly, it worked fine earlier in the day. I have tried this with both 1.4.8
and 1.5 of tortoise. Not sure this is a tortoise error, though.

Any hints?
