Can you maybe try the 1.5.0-RC2 release?
If it still doesn't work right, then please do the following:
* blame the file which doesn't work
* keep TortoiseBlame open!
* go to %temp%
* sort the files by date in explorer
* the latest two files are the ones TortoiseBlame used:
   svnXXXX.tmp is a binary file containing the log
   svnXXXX.tmp.Ext is the blamed file
* please zip those two files and send them to me so I can analyze the
   problem
