The article you linked to talks about "OK"/"Cancel" buttons in a dialog.

The buttons in the revert dialog are labelled "Yes" and "No",
respectively, and all default Windows dialogs that prompt you with a
yes/no question (as opposed to this one) have accelerators for those two
buttons.

So this dialog stands out like a sore thumb, IMHO...
