Feature Request - Externals Removal

When updating a folder, if a folder listing has been removed from it's
svn:externals property, it would be nice if TortoiseSVN asked the user
if they would like the folder deleted.
It is difficult to notify the entire team everytime an external has been
removed from any of our repositories.
