Minor spelling error in german translation

Hi,

using TortoiseSVN 1.4.8 (build 12137 32 bit), I got an error (and sent the report). However, the error report dialog contains the word "Unanehmlichkeiten", which should be "Unannehmlichkeiten" (double 'n'). Just a really minor bug, though: you could also make sure noone sees that error report dialog ;-)
