Explorer restarting on Vista

Windows Explorer is repeatedly restarting when I have the TSVN plugin enabled. It isn't always doing it and it's
hard to know is triggering it as it can happen when I am not using TSVN.
I am using ShellExView (http://thinkabdul.com/2006/10/31/freeware-to-enabledisable-windows-explorer-context-menu-
shell-extensions/) to enable/disable the plugin.
Quite often I have also noticed that the TSVN icons are missing from the folders and files that show if a file has
been changed or not.
Rebooting the PC seems to sort everything out for a while until it all goes pear-shaped again which is usually in
the order or hours but sometimes goes a day or two before explorer keeps restarting.
