Feature request: get lock on top level context menu

Where a file has needs-lock property, it would
be great if the top level context menu had "get lock".

I can't tell whether this falls into the category of
requests described in "I need another overlay for locked files",
which is rejected as a feature due to needing to interogate the
repo on each explorer refresh.

I'm kinda hoping that this would fall into the category
of "when you figure out what icon to use for the file
and populate the context menu, it could be done then".

Anyway, "it would be nice".
