Already did and had to effect.

The problem isn't just Assembla, but also Source Forge. And both work
normally if I use the command line client subversion in the linux
partition (still haven't found a windows command line), so I'm sure
the servers are ok.

What is this OPTIONS request? Can't I somehow tell TortoiseSVN not to
do it and just commit my files?
