TSVN provides Subversion client capability just fine.

If you need assistance with checking out a specific project, you need
to ask the maintainers of that project what URL to check out, and what
the URL will give you.

If, once you have the URL and understand what it'll get you, you're
stil having trouble using TSVN, then this is the appropriate place.

They'll give you the same answer: if you don't understand what you
need to check out from a particular project, you need to ask the
maintainers of that project.
