Can't Move Files

I have a directory with multiple files, all checked into Subversion. I
am using TortoiseSVN on a Windows XP Pro machine.

I want to move that directory to a different location on my drives.
The FAQ says to right-click and drag and drop to a new location and
select from "Context Menu->Copy in Subversion to here" and "Context
Menu->Move in Subversion to here".

I don't see any of the above menu selections appear when I drag and
drop. I see "SVN Export to here" and "SVN Export all to here".

How do I move a directory?
