Suggestion: tooltips for the icons in the "Action" column of the log

I'm looking at a TortoiseSVN log, and am not entirely certain what the
little icons in the "Actions" column represent.

Most of the lines in my log have an icon with a white exclamation
point in a red circle; I assume that means "a file was changed".

A few have a blue plus; I assume that means that "a file was added".

A few have a red X; I assume that means "a file was deleted".

And a few have one I'd never seen before: I don't know how to describe
it ... a yellow fish bursting out of the upper-right of the little
document? I dunno. These mystery icons appear on the revisions in
which I did a merge via "svnmerge.py", so perhaps they represent
property changes.

In any case, my point is that I hovered my mouse over these icons,
expecting to see a little bit of explanatory text, like "Some files
were changed in this revision". But I didn't, and wish I had, and
... hence this suggestion.

Thanks.
