This is what I received in Internet Explorer:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /lsvn on this server.
Apache/2.0.61 (Win32) DAV/2 SVN/1.4.6 PHP/5.2.4 Server at walker Port 80

The same in Firefox.

Also when these directives are UNcommented ...

... I get another message in Commit Monitor:
PROPFIND request failed on '/lsvn'
XML data was not well-formed.

I usually use these directives to show a repository list in a browser,
but for the experiments now, I commented them because I thought
they could disturb Commit Monitor.
