It just tried to do it again.

Luckily this time it failed as it required an update before committing.

So I have more info.

Clicking commit on the Trunk folder includes 40 updates (modified & deleted
files), among them is a delete on the Trunk itself!

When I click OK it realises the other updates are mute and proceeds to
delete the Trunk as its only action.

I did not delete the Trunk!
It shows up as modified (red!) however if I look at the subversion
properties it has been marked as deleted.

In this case I did all modifications via Ankh in Visual Studio 2005.

As I have to work, Im going to commit all the other chages then revert the
folder back. Hopefully that will fix things.
