The system is called Osiris, we built it ourselves.

We have a code library that allows us to create canned parametized jobs
which then can be scheduled. It's a bit like cron with a pretty HMI, built
in logging, email notification etc. We then have a job that runs out and
measures the size of folders, disk free space etc. We can even do this on
remote servers. We have a windows service called "Osiris Helper" which you
connect to and issue simple commands.
