Any plans for a plugin framework for TortoiseSVN

Hi guys,

I was thinking of extending the tortoisesvn history and repo browsers
to enable me to highlight multiple revisions and send them to the post-
review script for review board.

Essentially I wanted to integrate review requests into the subversion
client (i.e. tortoisesvn) for the devs. I was hoping that tortoisesvn
had a plugin interface of some sort. It doesn't seem to be so.

It just seems to hard to build the whole tortoisesvn application just
to add a simple gui dialog that then does a shell execute on another
script, but this is specifically what I would like to be doing.

Any plans in the near future for a plugin type interface, any
shortcuts to building just the repo/history browser to not have to
buid the whole thing deps and all?
