This usually happens when the working copy got corrupted (bad harddrive
sector? virus scanner 'fixing' files?)

* copy your modified files somewhere else
* remove the folder where the file is in (the one giving you the error)
* update the parent folder to get the removed folder back
* move your saved files over the newly updated folder
