Commit does not commit all new files

I got the following problem. When i check out a new repository and try to copy a
bunch of files directories and subdirectories to the working copy I cant commit
all files.
These files appear in the dialog below the comment window but when i push the
commit button, only some files are committed. It seems totally random which
files are committed. The files are not on the ignore list.

I got a Windows 2k installation with SP4 and Kaspersky Anti Vir 7.0.
The client connects to the server via svn://.
The svn server changed from 1.3 to 1.4.
I believe the problems started when I updated the client to a new version.
Current version is 1.4.7. As far as I can remember it used to work.

I have this problem on 2 of 3 systems. The system witch is working without any
problems is also a Win2k SP2 with kaspersky 7.0.

I deinstall and reinstall Tortoisesvn but it did not change anything.

Hope someone can give me a hint.

Thanks,

Sören
